Business Development Representative

THE ROLE

As the Business Development Representative (“BDR”), you’ll be involved throughout the sales process of identifying targets, contacting prospects, and creating Marketing Qualified Leads. You’ll work closely coordinating activities between a sales team of Account Executives, the Marketing Program Manager, and the Digital Marketing Manager.  You’ll execute lead generation programs by creating call lists, calling and emailing prospects to introduce them to Luminoso, and engaging their interest and curiosity as you record their progress through the early stages of qualification. Along the way, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of Luminoso’s solutions and our customer environments.  You’ll learn about competing technologies and how to effectively present our value proposition to prospects. Your success will be judged on the volume of calls, the number of appointments secured, and the revenue opportunities generated from your outreach activities.
