Content Marketing Manager

BOSTON, MA

THE ROLE

The Content Marketing Manager leads the charge for our content creation.  You’ll author short blog posts, bylines, case studies, ebooks, email and ad copy, and whitepapers to support digital campaigns and field marketing.  You’ll own and publish the editorial calendar and use that to drive our content strategy. You’ll coordinate with other internal and external resources to fulfill the content calendar and ensure on-time delivery of assets.  You’ll get the chance to define our standard tone and voice. Working with our digital marketing manager, you’ll take charge of the social media channel to support other marketing campaigns with regular, timely, content-rich posts that drive traffic to our website.  You’ll help us experiment with different form factors such as videos or podcasts. You’ll partner with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to understand business requirements and decide how to meet those goals. Only light travel is expected, up to 10%, to occasionally represent Luminoso at events.

THE COMPANY

Luminoso is the best in the world at bringing to light what people are talking about.  With very little setup or maintenance, our clients can understand and react to feedback on top issues, efficiently route customers to resolve their issues faster, and guide customers searching for what they need.  Unlike other approaches, which require impractical amounts of data, time, and computational power, our common sense natural language technology teaches computers how to understand language like people do -- starting with thousands instead of billions of documents, in minutes instead of months, in up to 14 languages at once.  Luminoso is privately held with headquarters in Boston, MA.
