About This Position

Responsibilities

• Gather prospect information including researching the prospect’s company for industry information, competitors and key decision-makers
• Qualify prospects from both inbound and outbound leads
• Deliver compelling, brief demonstrations to prospective customers
• Once qualified, will be able to bring prospective customers through the buying process
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to speed up sales cycles and support sales team goals
• Responsible for having full knowledge of company products
• Use industry leading technologies such as Salesforce to document all lead generation and sales activities
• Deliver exceptional results as a part of a team and independently
• Persistence to achieve goals while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude, being able to push through the “no” to achieve the “yes”
• Provide ongoing Lead Development and nurturing strategies for prospects that are not currently ready to purchase

Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer facing role, prior lead development experience a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements
• High energy, enthusiasm and ambition to grow in your career
• The ability to function in a team atmosphere and appreciate aggressive goals
• SAAS experience a plus
• Ability to present in front of C-level prospects
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus

About This Position

Luminoso is seeking a back-end engineer to join the Daylight development team. Our software has some powerful natural language processing and machine learning science at its core, and we're currently focusing on building out a richer feature set and more robust API that will make this science more easily accessible to our users. Projects you will be working on include developing API endpoints serving our language models including continuously improving system performance and system security, and further developing our backend NLP applications.

This is primarily a server-side development and machine learning engineering position, but familiarity with Javascript & ReactJS  is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-tested Python server side code and participate in further development of server-side architecture
• Participate in further development of the back-end architecture including data management and database design
• Instill API first thinking into the backend design and development, ensuring a robust, secure and scalable API 
• Help everyone on the team improve through code review, retrospectives, and mentoring
• Potentially also contribute to our ReactJS front-end codebase

We expect anyone we hire for this position to be comfortable developing a JavaScript application in the React framework. Beyond that, there are no hard requirements for technology you have to know -- we're happy to have you learn as you go -- but if you're curious about the environment you'll be working in, some of the key tools we use are listed below:

About This Position

This individual must be fluent in interaction design, usability, design systems, prototyping and user testing. This Designer will own a series of projects throughout all phases of the design process, assist in the development of our design system, and design original user experiences within our cutting-edge AI-based natural language analytics application. 

We are seeking an individual who is fluent in one or more of learning design, interaction design, usability, design systems, prototyping and user testing and research.

• Build consensus within the company around who we build for, and what they need
  • Keep your ear to the ground through customer interviews, global field team debriefs, and industry chatter

  • Collaboratively or independently create whichever artifacts are best suited to the design challenge (such as personas, customer journey maps, flow diagrams, hand-drawn wireframes, hi-fidelity designs, and prototypes)
