He has successfully scaled businesses for three of the top consulting firms in the world - EY, Deloitte and PWC - within their advisory, Human Capital and talent practices. The industries he has shaped include financial services, retail, technology, life sciences, global media and more. As an entrepreneur, Mark has founded and built four businesses throughout his career. Most notably, CoreAxis Consulting, a world-class Talent Management, Leadership Development and immersive Learning firm. Mark is also the best-selling author of “The #Pace Process for Early Career Success”, a career guide for young professionals looking to not only survive the modern work world, but conquer it. At Babson College, his alma mater, Mark delivered a TedX speech on that same topic. Beyond his professional career, Mark lives with his family in Southborough, MA and is an avid outdoor enthusiast and Boston sports fan.

Ashley’s experience in marketing started over 13 years ago as a way... to pay bills while she was finishing her grad year in university. Her website design skills were shortlisted for the 2019 UX Award in Vancouver, Canada. She has notable experience in Data Science and AI technology, specifically around its uses in marketing. In her free time, she writes a sci-fi series due for publication and possible Netflix release in 2023 and coaches creative writers in her online course webinar. When not in the office, she can be found on the plains in Saskatchewan, Canada helping on the family farm with the horses.

Serving in executive roles over 15 years for Electronic Data Systems, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Solutions, DXC Technology, and Rackspace Technology he has consistently excelled in financial performance, customer satisfaction, and product innovation. Before his career in Information Technology, Jeff served for seven years in the U.S. Army in a variety of roles, including a four- year tour of duty in Europe. He enjoys golfing, CrossFit, is a certified Master scuba diving instructor, and traveling with his wife Janice. They live in San Antonio, Texas.

Dave was also previously a board director representing Dace’s investment in Vitrue (acquired by Oracle Corporation), as well as for LocaModa (acquired by Monster Media LLC), Collecta and WhoBet. Before founding Dace, Dave was an entrepreneur-in-residence for Flagship Ventures, in Cambridge, MA, and subsequently became chairman/CEO of Affinnova, a consumer marketing services company, (acquired by Nielsen N.V., NYSE: NLSN). He previously served as President and COO at CMGI, at the time the world’s largest Internet venture, incubating and operating company. At CMGI, Dave worked closely on the growth and IPO’s of Navisite (Nasdaq: NAVI) and Engage (OTC: ENGA), as well as AdSmart, AltaVista, iCast and others. Dave also held executive sales and marketing positions with PictureTel and at IBM where he was GM and VP of Worldwide Marketing for the PC Division.

He is a past director of Wide Horizons for Children, a Boston-based non-profit focused on adoption and child welfare.
